• "After several assessments for a stand-by generator, I chose ACDC Electric. Charlie clearly had the expertise & customer commitment I was looking for. My daughter is disabled & having the peace of mind that she would have her needs met in any weather situation has been priceless. When the installation of the electrical part of the project uncovered a safety problem in our electrical panel, Charlie was there when called to troubleshoot after-hours. He revised the weeks schedule to have it replaced in a timely way to ensure safety. In the latest snow storm my daughter's area lost power. The generator kicked on in 10 seconds for 16 hours. The next day power went out again for 5 hours, again the generator did it's thing. During a storm a few days later one of Charlie's team came out to top off the oil so we would be all set if needed. I cannot say enough about the ACDC team including Rob, Mike & the office staff who couldn't be more personable. 5 + stars. Has been worth every penny of the cost of installing already.
